Little Kim's very well-received solo debut “Moederland” (2022) was produced by Guido Belcanto, who can also be heard on several songs and lent his band Het Broederschap to her. In addition to Belcanto, Bruno Deneckere and Lieven Tavernier wrote and interpreted songs for her (by artists such as Gillian Welch, Nathalie Merchant, and Bob Dylan).

Now here's her new album “Ademhalen”, with Dutch songs written especially for Little Kim by Bruno Deneckere, Lieven Tavernier, Lennaert Maes, and Wigbert.
Little Kim brings a mix of country, folk, roots and Americana - Flandricana you could call it. For the recording of “Ademhalen” Kim could count on her regular band and the support of Gianni Marzo (Marble Sounds, Isbells). Together they created a new sound that can grate and anoint at times, but the pure beauty of the song is always central. Her new single “Bij Jou” was picked up by Radio 2. Little Kim plays as a trio or with a full band. She adds to the "Moederland" repertoire as well as some well-chosen covers.
